In 2011 Queesra and Christopher King set up as partners in the fashion business to design and produce luxurious bespoke garments for private customers at a reasonable price.
Queesra King was born in Bolton, Lancashire in 1982. Her interest lies in the design of clothes and experimenting with fabrics, drawing inspiration from her mother who was a dressmaker. Queesra gained a BA Honours Degree in Fashion Design at the University of East London. She also studied for 6 months in Paris learning the art of pattern cutting and gaining experience in the craftsmanship of luggage making, laser cutting and digital fabric printing.
Christopher King was born in Liverpool in 1982. His interests lie in the technical aspects of design, drawing, pattern cutting and manufacture. His inspiration originally came from his grandmother. Christopher has a BA honours Degree in Men’s Fashion Design from London College of Fashion. During his studies he worked for Nico Didonne; a men’s fashion business in London, developing his tailoring and pattern cutting skills under the tutelage of Nico.
Together they have now opened a fashion boutique in Neston, Wirral, offering bespoke fashion, bridal and evening wear. Men’s tailoring is also available; consisting of suits, coats, shirts and waistcoats. Additionally Queesra & King offer a unique service presenting a comprehensive wedding package including bridal dresses, bridesmaids dresses, mens suits, wedding cakes and photography.
